Black Screen Kenya Launchs Van of the Week in Partnership with Matwana Heritage Black Screen Kenya 🇰🇪 is proud to be the founder of Van of the Week, a weekly competition created to celebrate and recognize Kenya's customized van culture. The idea was born from our passion to give customized vans the recognition they deserve while bringing together fans, van owners, photographers, drivers, and the entire community. As the project began to grow, Matwana Heritage joined the program as our official partner. Together, we share one vision: to preserve, promote, and celebrate Kenya's transport culture for future generations. A Great Start The launch of Van of the Week received overwhelming support and love from the community. From the very first day, fans embraced the idea by nominating their favourite vans, sharing the competition, and encouraging others to participate. The response showed us that Kenya has a strong and passionate transport community that is ready to support initiatives that celebrate our culture. We sincerely thank everyone who has supported this journey. Your belief in this project has inspired us to dream even bigger. Our Partnership and Future Vision The partnership between Black Screen Kenya and Matwana Heritage is only the beginning. Together, we have a long-term vision that goes beyond customized vans. Our goal is to build a platform that celebrates both customized vans and Kenya's matatu (bus) culture, creating opportunities for owners, photographers, drivers, investors, and fans to connect through one community. In the future, we plan to: Expand Van of the Week across Kenya. Introduce recognition programs for van's and buses. Organize community events and road trips. Build Africa's largest online gallery of customized vans and matatus. Connect clients with vehicle owners through our booking platform. Work with photographers and content creators to preserve transport history. We also welcome organizations, businesses, investors, photographers, drivers, and individuals who believe in our vision to join us as we build the future of Kenya's transport culture together.
